Max Bowman
Night Manager

Manages daily operations for Front of House and The Wave training program.
Will never see a better sports year than 2018.



Adam Fenn
Executive Chef

Creates and executes menus, specials and oversees employee development for The Wave kitchen. Red Seal certified.
