Executive Chef

Creates and executes menus, specials and oversees employee development for The Wave kitchen. Red Seal certified.

In light of the provincial lockdown, the delay of in-person classes and for the safety of our staff and patrons, USC Operations including The Wave, The Spoke and Western Film will remain closed temporarily. We will continue to work closely with public health officials and our leadership team to determine the best course of action moving forward. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.
